WOLF App - Digital Driving School

I helped WOLF, one of the Netherlands’ leading driving schools, rethink their approach to education and driving lessons.

To bring clarity and focus, we started by mapping their business model, defining personas, and outlining a customer journey to identify key opportunities.

This groundwork got used in a Design Sprint, where we conceptualized, prototyped, and validated a new digital learning experience that made driving education more engaging and accessible.

The result was an innovative concept that transformed WOLF’s teaching model - and ended up winning a Dutch Interactive Award - for its forward-thinking approach.
