What started as a one-off flagship experience for Tommy Hilfiger evolved into a full-scale SaaS platform used by leading fashion brands including Nike, Calvin Klein, The North Face and Havaianas

As Head of Design, I helped guide this transition shaping the Digital Showroom from an immersive physical environment into a scalable digital ecosystem that redefined the wholesale experience.

Our challenge was to retain the emotional storytelling of the Tommy experience while making it modular, data-driven, and accessible across different brand identities and go-to-market models.

This meant balancing narrative design and functional UX, creating tools that felt both cinematic and operationally efficient.
