One of the challenges was that Travel Active’s market is quite saturated and the orientation phase long, so we used a series of Design Sprints to tackle the core challenges: how to inspire users, guide them through the website, and motivate them to book their travel with Travel Active. We ultimately decided to create a platform to make the planning of the travel as exiting as the trip itself.

Another solution was to build brand love through community. We created a storytelling platform where travelers could journal their journeys, share updates, and inspire each other. Their stories became the brand’s ambassadors, turning real experiences into the most authentic motivation for future travelers.
