I helped create the new B2C website and the 100th anniversary campaign website for Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra.

A concert hall filled with an audience shows a digital promotional display for the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, advertising a concert titled "Turanglila met Yannick" on October 27 and 29, 2017, on a tablet and a smartphone.

First we started with forming personas and the customer journey which allowed us to bring focus to the information needs of the target audience. Since the website is focused on inspiring a new audience we had to figure out ways for people to figure out what type of concert they will enjoy. Content is labeled with easy to understand labels and various tools such as a discovery guide help the new audience to figure out what style they are into.
